Didn’t go too crazy, but still enjoyed my birthday weekend. Walked the dogs every day.

Kinda snubbed my intermittent fasting and maybe enjoyed birthday shinanigans a little too much.

I traveled by plane in August and could barely buckle my belt. I traveled again this past weekend and buckled with no problems! And no weight gain - somehow managed to stay the same!

Definitely portions. I went to my moms and logged out.
