Non-scale victory of the week!

trying on summer clothes from a couple years ago and having them fit again!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

more water, more sleep... but overall I made it and that was most of what was on my mind!

walks every day! Also dig my Fitbit out and have been really tracking my activities.

more weight training. I am going to get a plan going starting today in regards to that.

gained 10 pounds since my last weigh in, but ready o take my health seriously again and looking forward to being accountable and mindful of how my actions serve my well being.

cut out sugar!!! be consistent with taking my vitamins and drink my water. I’ll be dog sitting for a friend so I will get more walks in too.

Been doing yoga every day! And getting in all my servings of veggies.

Shave off a bit more for the final weigh in, drink lots of detoxifying tea and water. Make more delicious salads today.

Not stress eating despite how intense school is getting. Eating healthy snacks, drank more water, walked to school in minus 30 (Celsius) weather.

Feeling fuller with smaller portions! I am not having as many cravings as I used to either.

Getting some cardio in. Exams are over so I should be able to get into it now.
