Non-scale victory of the week!
good start to dieting . I have followed BLE and not broken lines. no sugar no flour committed to exactly what I said I would eat all week . lost 3#. have not exercised as much as I would like but I injured my ankle ... not sure what it wrong but seeing foot Doc Monday .
