Non-scale victory of the week!

good start to dieting . I have followed BLE and not broken lines. no sugar no flour committed to exactly what I said I would eat all week . lost 3#. have not exercised as much as I would like but I injured my ankle ... not sure what it wrong but seeing foot Doc Monday .

May be down only few points, have done a lot more working out with weights, feel better in clothes but scale not showing

Not sure , have a workout contract and have so many classes to attend weekly without refund, so if no weight comes off I guess it will be what it will be. Can’t eat any less.

Need to drink more water is my biggest struggle . Finding time for me to excersise has been a challenge during the holidays and all the other activities events to go to.

Resisting food temptation by cutting chocolate bar into small 25 calories pieces. And eating small portions as candy . Meal prepared small 1 ounce turkey meat balls for lunches .
