I survived Valentine's Day party at the job without craving chocolate. That's a WIN for me!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Get more sleep. Went to bed late almost every night...but was very sick on Tuesday with symptoms of food poisoning..

I bought new gym outfit since I'm down one size

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel I could have better scheduled my gym classes and also gone to bed on time so I can make 6am gym classes

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did my meal prep on Sunday and created a meal plan for the week. It was so easy to just pack my lunch the night before. Since I'm doing IF/Keto, this is awesome!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went to the gym 2x's. We had bad weather on Wednesday and my car doors froze. I missed meeting my trainer. I wish I could have made up that day..

Going to 2 super bowl parties. I'm not afraid of the good part. I got that.. I'm afraid I'll want a glass of merlot or a scotch... I know this will really screw my progress..

Went out to dinner and ate keto friendly Mel and totally LOVED IT!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Only went to gym 2x, committed to 3x/week Went to bed at midnight, woke up late 6AM 3 days, so I missed doing my morning Routine Ritual.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Used my instant Pot this week for my dinner meals and left overs for lunch. I love it! I use to love to cook gourmet meals. I'm back to cooking! Yay me!!!

Do better with my time management. I was late for my gym trainer 2x this week.

Im so proud of myself. I only had 2 glasses of Champagne and I stuck 60% to eating Keto for the week.

I'm feeling Great. I can fit the dress I'm wearing to my New Years party I'll be attending!

Better schedule planning. Better sleep time planning. Better meal prep. 2 days I forgot my meals I had prepped at home.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to my keto/intermittent fasting schedule and even went out to dinner at Cheesecake Factory and I lose hugely! I also took the stairs to my apartment whj h is 7 floors. I'm so proud of myself!!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went to the gym 1 day this week. I'd like to make it 2 day this week. I also would like to continue walking more and taking the stairs every opportunity I get.
