Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to my keto/intermittent fasting schedule and even went out to dinner at Cheesecake Factory and I lose hugely! I also took the stairs to my apartment whj h is 7 floors. I'm so proud of myself!!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went to the gym 1 day this week. I'd like to make it 2 day this week. I also would like to continue walking more and taking the stairs every opportunity I get.
