Went 4x this week to gym. Made it to meditation class also..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Went out to lunch/dinner 4x this week. I didn't track my foods which I believe contributed to a weight gain..

Started a 28 day Intermittent Fast with one of my spiritual groups. I love all the support and encouragement. Aldo started training for the work 5k fundraiser run coming up in June.

Im celebrating fitting into a smaller size..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm also non apologetic that I had a 2 day cheat weekend. It was my 2 favorite nephew's Bday! I was shocked to see I gained 6lbs from my last weigh in. I think it was the alcoholic beverages that knocked me out of ketosis. Well that decided for me to do another game! I can't back slide for long!

Monday was my birthday and I ate whatever I wanted! It was an amazing awesome 63rd birthday !

Nothing better. I gained 2lbs and I'll probably have to do IF this weekend but I'm all good about that

I can cut my own toenails... I can bend and touch my ankles.

Better prepare for bad weather.. I had no keto friendly snacks to eat.. I guess I'm lucky I had bronchitis and really didn't feel hungry..

I survived Valentine's Day party at the job without craving chocolate. That's a WIN for me!!!

Get more sleep. Went to bed late almost every night...but was very sick on Tuesday with symptoms of food poisoning..

I feel I could have better scheduled my gym classes and also gone to bed on time so I can make 6am gym classes

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did my meal prep on Sunday and created a meal plan for the week. It was so easy to just pack my lunch the night before. Since I'm doing IF/Keto, this is awesome!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went to the gym 2x's. We had bad weather on Wednesday and my car doors froze. I missed meeting my trainer. I wish I could have made up that day..

Going to 2 super bowl parties. I'm not afraid of the good part. I got that.. I'm afraid I'll want a glass of merlot or a scotch... I know this will really screw my progress..
