Non-scale victory of the week!

Finding it easier to resist sugar. Made a gingerbread house with the best candies and didn’t eat any ! That’s def a win for me

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I def shouldn’t have eaten the digestives and soy milk. Also should’ve gone to the gym.
