Non-scale victory of the week!
I spent a week in Italy with my husband and managed to enjoy amazing food with sensible portions. I was proud of the choices I made for vegetable centered dishes, and stopping when I’d had sufficient.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have stopped sooner with the treats that weren’t as amazing as the others.
