Non-scale victory of the week!

I spent a week in Italy with my husband and managed to enjoy amazing food with sensible portions. I was proud of the choices I made for vegetable centered dishes, and stopping when I’d had sufficient.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stopped sooner with the treats that weren’t as amazing as the others.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency. I can follow a plan for weeks or months, but it’s hard to stay consistent over the long haul, and when I fall, I fall hard off the wagon.
