I'm getting faster in my marathon training as a result of the weight loss and my stamina has improved.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm feeling confident in my runs but that confidence wanes with my long runs. I'm ready to give up too quickly. I push myself but I end up hurting. I need to learn to go even slower during training. Mile time doesnt matter as much as the actual mileage
