Non-scale victory of the week!

Other people are noticing my hard work. Finally!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. I was great the whole week. Even being sick I managed 5 workouts and ate healthy the whole week.

Up the intensity of my workouts now that my foot is healed and my cold is over. Step aerobics here I come.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got the flu on Friday night and it wiped me out all weekend but got up at 5am Monday morning and got back to the workout schedule!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Fit into a pair of pants I couldn’t wear for the last 2 years!! And, my Mom had the family over for dinner and I didn’t eat the cake!! She even sent home 2 slices for my hubby and I didn’t eat it. That’s a huge win!!

Could have worked out. Resting my foot is a real pain.

No victory this week. Christmas holiday was full of excess!! Back in the routine though, starting today so I’m not going to knock myself down too badly.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I haven’t even wanted to cheat - no cravings at all. I’m embarrassed to say that these last 25 days have been easy! Here’s to the next 25 being the same!!

Exercise more. Broken foot really putting a dent in things but still, I’m just not doing enough exercising
