We’re only two days in and I never thought this game would help me so much. Whether I lose the weight or not, the accountably i feel is insane (in a good way). I’ve never been the healthiest eater and it’s easy for me to fall into a binge. I’ve tried controlling my eating before but i fail within hours. The past two days have been surprisingly easy. I feel full and I’m not eating junk or overeating my way out of a caloric deficit. I’ve already felt better just getting out of bed in the morning and running to the gym. I’ll be patient, I’m just hoping for a turn around after 18 years of “baby fat” LOL

It also helps if you weigh yourself daily. You learn which foods to stay away from and cause immediate weight gain. Last time I had pizza I gained like 3lbs the next day (most likely water weight) BUT it was a big enough difference that the next time my boyfriend said he wanted pizza I said I would just get my own food and had no desire for it. Makes you think is this worth that number going up and having to lose that and then some.
