DAILY VS WEEKLY WEIGH-INS
Good morning! My weight over the weekend was below this month's goal, and then this morning it is 0.7 lbs over. I was quite active and am guessing I'm retaining a little water? Today will be a day of no salt and lots of water. And I just chopped up some cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, celery, and tossed in a pot with a can of diced tomatoes and water. Going to fiber these 0.7 lbs away! Lol.

I'm glad I weigh myself daily, because I can tell the trend, and recognize when something is probably just water (like today). But I know some people say weighing in daily is too compulsive and weekly is more healthy. How often do you all weigh yourselves?

Daily for a lot of the reasons mentioned. A holistic doc told me a long time ago that if I would weigh in every day, my body would tell me what foods it really doesn't like.

I don't know that I will meet round ones weight, I am certainly trying and have been doing very well ultimately. Not thrilled at the idea of losing some $, however I did front load the entire bet, so technically one month is free... glass half full. If you didn't meet your goal this round, just keep going!! We've all got this!!

FWIW, I've done three transformers before this one and for all of them, even winning only the final round was enough to at least break even.

Hit my 1st goal today ! Woo hoo!! Now gotta maintain it :) I drank 1 gallon throughout the day and that left me feeling awesome today. Going to try and do that more often :)

I’m in a Kickstarter DietBet too and my goal there is higher than my goal here. It’s been a little rough to meet it but I’m almost there. Next month I think I’ll just stick to the transformer!
