Did some meal prep and continued my PURE supplements which really helps on so many levels since I have not exercised.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

A slight slippage reflected this weigh in... if I had only waited five minutes ito do this, the scale would have been down .5 in my favor to show continued results. So still satisfying to see.
