What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I already have fairly good eating habits; no empty calories from soda, healthy portion sizes. I don't have much time for additional exercise beyond my bike ride to and from the train station each workday. Nevertheless, I want to get back down to my weight before the stress of moving internationally.
