I understand how you feel. I've been there. Dieting can be very mentally draining . When I get frustrated with what the scale is telling me I say to myself "What is more important than my health." As silly as this may sound, It helps me refocus and carry on. I don't know you at all but you should know YOU ARE WORTH IT. I wish you the best of luck. God bless you.
