Non-scale victory of the week!

I haven’t eaten any French fries and I exercised with the dogs everyday

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to focus on eating a more balanced diet instead of just salads. I am pretty tired of salad and chicken

Non-scale victory of the week!

My husband brought home yummy treats from work and I was able to resist eating any of them. Also at work I ate salads with chicken for the last 5 days and did not eat any fried foods

I have been running instead of walking with the dogs so I just need to stay excited even though the weather is so so so cold now. I have been trying to use moments where I used to watch tv to do exercises like sit-ups instead of just sitting on the couch
