Definitely better now than on the 1st! The swelling will be gone by them! :wink: plus, if you keep your diet and exercise in order, you’ll see great results in about 5days!!! Know it suuuuucks! Hahahah!!! I’ll be getting my period on the 2nd of January, which means , on the day of my weight in I’ll be at my worst level of bloating!! :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

Afraid to feel proud and happy with my results. I’ve lost a few pounds already, and that makes me really happy, I hadn’t been able to stick to anything for a long time. But at the same time the fear of failing is overwhelming. Of failing myself. Like I did so many times....

Does anyone experience something like this? is it ok to feel proud and happy even if you still have such a long way to go?

You have every damn right to be happy! You are here! I don’t consider you failing before. If you would have failed you wouldn’t be trying again. You are learning and growing and continuing to work on yourself. If you aren’t proud of the small things through the journey it’s going to make the journey that much harder AND it will be hard to be proud at the end too!

I’m a college senior and with finals coming up and “men” not knowing how to act...ya girl ate like she wanted to look like the abominable snowman this winter :sweat_smile: I usually avoid the scale daily because it makes me hyperfocus on weight, but since I’m sticking to cardio this week I’ll probably take your idea, Allie!

I stayed the same, I don't have as hard of a time on weekends as some do because my life is not hectic, thank goodness. I see so many struggling with all of the pressure. I wish you all the best results! My husband is retired and I don't work. We spend a whole bunch of time with the grand kids though and with games and concerts and outings we stay busy but are not obligated so it's more relaxed.

Good morning Diet bet fam!

I’ve been slacking this weekend on my exercises. The weekend for workouts is always my hardest. I’m so much better during the week. I’ve been doing really good with my diet though so I still managed to lose 3.2 since we started!

Going to my Zumba class tonight! 🙌

Weekends are dificult for me as well. Too much temptation , visiting the family... gets me out of my routine. Haha! But I did alright though! ;)

Hey! The word changes every day, is the word you have to write in the piece of paper you put in front of the scale, when you take the second photo ( the one where you can see both feet, the scale, your weight and the piece paper)
