Non-scale victory of the week!

I cant even believe how much I've accomplished this week! 6 days in a row of fully completed workouts. I can already see my body changing significantly. As the weeks progress the workouts get tougher, so I'm very excited to see how it all turns out in the end! I've got a ways to go!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not giving into tempting treats as much. This week I let myself get a bit more distracted with snacks and tasty treats.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Once again hit the gym 6 days a week, and be perfect on my nutrition. Take photos every meal and at every workout. Get photos taken of me in my new gymshark wear.
