Non-scale victory of the week!

I exercised every single day this week without fail. I had to push myself because I complained about doing it every single time but 10 minutes into it I was good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to start going on walks along with my workouts, When i start work sometimes I don't stop for hours and that's hard on my mental health

i was able take my fasting to a new level doing OMAD once this week

i still need to work on working out. i go for walks everyday but not as long as i would like and I don't do anything else yet.

I cleaned out my closet of all the clothes that no longer fit! Best feeling ever! i need to go shopping soon because all that fits is workout gear and pyjamas.

i had fallen off for a few days and got myself back on track. I am so proud of myself because I don't usually know how to not give up so I'm so hlad i kept pushing myself.

My knees hurt a lot less. Yay! I feel more confident when being intimate with my partner. The pants in the picture could not fit my thighs last month!

i did a 10km hike and felt fantastic

salt. too much salt was in the food i ate this week. i am a little bloated which is probably why i didn't lose weight since Monday.

a lot of my clothes are getting bigger and i went shopping and now, 2x pants are too big in the waist for me! 3 x used to fit!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

no! i did my absolute best! i worked really hard! worked out every single day! I exceeded my goal by a whole 2.2 lbs! I was so shocked at the scale i weighed myself on a different scale to make sure i was seeing right!

sleep more, i havent been great at that and continue as I have. i want to try something new like yoga this week. we shall see!

Excercise but My hip had shifted and I needed to see the chiropractor. That's all sorted out now so it should be better

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I will excercise at least 4 times and continue to eat healthy. I will cut the carbs but keep the fiber theough Chia seeds, avocado etc. At least until Sunday I will push myself to do these to achieve my diet bet goal of 270. I will be working out every day until then and go back to every other day. I posted before and after pics from last week. I can't even believe my progress!
