Non-scale victory of the week!
It snowed here on Sunday so I’ve been pretty much stuck in the house up until yesterday. I’ve been doing keto but I did try to add MCT oil and ghee butter to my coffee to put me in ketosis but it seems like that doesn’t work well for me.
