Non-scale victory of the week!

My clothes are looser in my biceps and around my neck.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Consistency is hard for me. I get uber focused and forget to eat for long periods at a time.

Get into bed before 10, set lunchtime reminders so I’m eating more regularly, not stopping at fast food on the way home from work because it’s fast and easy.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The holiday season meant having family around who isn’t used to eating less and healthier. Baking is a large holiday tradition and finding a balance of participation but not eating was difficult.
