My clothes are looser in my biceps and around my neck.

Consistency is hard for me. I get uber focused and forget to eat for long periods at a time.

Get into bed before 10, set lunchtime reminders so I’m eating more regularly, not stopping at fast food on the way home from work because it’s fast and easy.
