Hi all. This is my first diet bet and I am looking for workout recommendations with low knee impact. I have a bad knee and have mostly been doing walks and some elliptical, but I feel I need to move more. Any one have any suggestions?

I have bad knees as well. I can’t do squats or lunges or steps, but I walk a lot and ride the recumbent bike for cardio. To engage my lower body muscle groups, I do a lot of floor work (donkey kicks, fire hydrants, bridges, etc.). I also use bands.

Just want to remind everyone to not get discouraged if you see your numbers go up. If you are rocking workouts eating clean a majority of the time you are getting stronger! Muscle gain is just as important as weight loss the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest.
Just a little Thursday mantra for everyone! Happy Thursday ☺☺

This is from my fitbit app. I just log my excercise with the start time and duration and then it shows me my stats from my heart rate :)
