I bought new jeans! They're so much smaller than I've been in maybe 10 years!

I think I could have been more positive. Work has been bringing me down and I've been letting it.

I went out with friends 3 days this week! Not sitting at home all the time is really helping me to get through winter/dieting with success.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should still be getting more sleep. I did better than I have, but 6 hours just isn't enough.

I made plans with my friends! I exercised 4 days this week and I have been drinking sooo much water! I'm so happy with my progress!

I did alright with sticking to my macros and got a bit of exercise.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised more and worked on my non-weight goals. I also had some alcohol. I know it isn't helpful but I decided to let loose a bit with a zero carb option.

Well, I kept myself in ketosis despite the Christmas treat temptations. I probably ate too much, but of the right foods.

I need to work out. I need to make time for me. I know it's the holidays but I need to try harder.
