Non-scale victory of the week!

TMI but I'm finally having more frequent movements, and that makes me feel less bloated and lethargic.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gone to the gym more, rather than making the excuse that "it's too cold".

Get back on my gym routine and find a healthy cook book. I have no idea how to cook and my mom doesn't cook healthy food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got the pajama pants in the picture for Christmas and they were tight on my thighs, but not any more!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

By the end of the week I have finally broken through my plateau, so I believe I have done all I needed to do, to further my weight loss. Well... maybe I could have chosen to eat better.

Hoping to get to the gym more often, but we are having troubles with both cars, making it virtually impossible for me to go.

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I don't have the best immune system, so I get sick easily and frequently. Currently getting over being sick that started New Years Day. I typically exercise about 4-5 days a week (not including the workout I get at work from being a package handler at UPS)

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Feel well enough to get my booty back to the gym and get my mom's car fixed, so we aren't stuck sharing my car. Get better quality sleep! I have been sleeping many hours, but it is not a restful sleep.
