I had McDonald’s last night.. I’m not beating myself up about it. I’ve moved on today and made a healthy breakfast and lunch, and have healthy dinner and snacks planned for tonight. We can do this guys!

I personally can lose weight when I order McDonalds. Typically I order nuggets, sausage egg McMuffin double meat double egg no bun, filet o fish no bun, double cheeseburger no bun. I pair it with a homemade salad.

  • This is a great pancake or waffle mix if anyone’s looking to cut sugar. High in protein and fibre, very filling.

Just made the chocolate ones today - adapted slightly by adding Greek yogurt, egg whites and cocoa. Pretty tasty!

Went to the gym today, I stood out like a sore thumb because I’m bigger than everyone else but it didn’t really bother me as much as I thought it would. I’m proud I got a 1-hour workout in.
