Held steady while on vacation

Would have liked to get to the gym but was on a roadtrip & made excuses. I think in future resistance bands and planning better would help.

My pants are falling off

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm struggling to hit protein goals for some reason. First time it's really been an issue, but I'm just not hungry. Trying to find balance between what my body says it wants and what my plan tells me I need.
