Non-scale victory of the week!
I resisted a lot of food, was given a chocolate and put it in my bag for a few days later when I knew I'd be eating less calories and could afford to eat it. Did meal prep and took food to work every day. Didn't eat breakfast from work cafeteria once!

Could have drunk more water! Hit my 2litres limit but would like to increase to 2.5 where possible
