I didn't gain all my weight back while being sick!!

Should have resisted carbs and got up to do a little workout even though i was sick

Was able to get into some jeans easier then before didn't have to lay down and zip them up lol.....Legendairy Milk seems to help keep supply up when restricting my cals and carbs

I had a cheat day I really didn't need. I still have to get better at resisting to sneak a fry from a happy meal buy a soda at the grocery store its still a habit then I feel bad after I do it
