Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prepped for 5 days. Slept good at night. Blood pressure went down. Overall very happy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat after 6pm. Strict 16 hours intermittent fasting.

Accountability. I find it difficult to maintain a diet for more than a week when I am doing it alone. I do much better when I do it in a group.
