Non-scale victory of the week!
Really craving reeces, but didnt give in.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Tonight we had Indian and I ate popoudons which have legumes. I immediately felt the bloat. Bummed I did it but also happy to note that it made me fee that way. I didnt try to eat any other non compliant foods.
