I’ve been having an earlier dinner (like 4) and still dinner and done! I seem to lose more weight the earlier I stop eating

  • I wasn't able to submit weight yesterday because the system wasn't accepting my upload. Can I email it in or do I just have to miss out on the drawing today? Well, shoot, here it is anyway, even though it's not official. Wish the system had been functioning before the weekly weigh-in cutoff time.. Onward to the final just 12 days away! 3 lbs to go, so I'm half way there! Ramping up the water and more RAW veggies!

You can try emailing support. I know there was an issue yesterday but it was fixed after a few hours.


I emailed support with all my screen shots! They notified me fairly quickly when the problem was fixed

Well this is prob my last diet bet, I haven’t lost anything, I’m at a low weight of 128lbs and trying to lose the last 10lbs but my body is comfy it seems. Sucks that I’ll lose $35 but oh well

Sorry to hear you're struggling with that last little bit but don't give up yet! There's still 10 days left in this diet bet and a lot can happen in 10 days. Water, water, water and veggies, veggies, veggies. You got this!

  • Happy Hump Day! Remember that your palate is fully capable of changing according to the foods you choose to eat. Your cravings will noticeably subside, and foods you used to enjoy will soon lose their luster. Nothing is better than how the right foods make you feel - that feeling lasts and tells your brain to crave those foods instead. Veggies are by far the most satisfying thing for me to eat! I literally feel more alive during and long after!

    What are your favorite veggies?? And what do you not crave anymore??🚫

Sautéed peppers and onions. I don’t crave Doritos as much as I used to. Omg And cherry tomatoes too. I used to not like cherry tomatoes at all and then I started dipping them in hummus Just to eat them and now I eat them plain like they’re going out of style. My husband started planting the cherry tomato plant because I was buying cherry tomatoes at the store every other day.

Are there any companies that have prepped or ready made meals that follow 2B? I’ve used Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, etc in the past, but the meals were not inline with plate it. I love so many of your 2B recipes, so I’m looking for easier/faster ways to get them.

  • For foodie Friday, I wanted to share this great recipe for meal prepping. I make a double batch and repurpose it into different lunches and dinners for the next few days.

    Plus One major tip for increased weight loss!!! TRACK!

    If you are at all feeling frustrated or confused about your weight loss, it’s likely because you’re not tracking.

    Tracking is where the answers and encouragement come in. If you aren’t losing weight but feel like you’re eating well, it’s likely because of your extra BLTs (bites licks and tastes). With more water, tracking, and veggies, you will just about always see a drop on your scale! Step it up, you’re worth the effort, focus and results!
