What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I have trouble making healthy choices when going out with friends. It's really hard to say no to all the bread, wine, and cheese! I'm hoping to make outings more healthy - going to a workout class and coffee rather than bars and eating. Additionally, I think my main challenge is that I'm not unhappy with how I look. It's hard to motivate myself to lose the last 15-20 pounds when I'm fairly content. However, I really want to achieve my goals and feel and look fit!

I have a cold so my goals are just to rest, eat under 1600 calories a day, and get healthy soon!
