I stuck to diet and meal prepping but with the rain didn’t jog as much as I would have liked.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I ate pizza one day, two slices just once on Sunday and went up 3lbs and was struggling to get that back down. Overall though I feel good and have been consistent for the most part with my diet otherwise. I was having a really rough week where things just kept going wrong but I realized even with that I was still overall happy. Guess I can thank my Health and the endorphins for that otherwise it would have been terrible.

Just realized that my exercising was lagging it and that’s why the weight hasn’t dropped as much. This week I will focus heavily on my workouts and stay consistent with my diet.
