Non-scale victory of the week!

This week was the first time in a few years that I could zip up my winter coat without sucking in my gut and struggling with the zipper!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It’s that time of the month so I feel pretty good that I didn’t cheat but man I feel like a blimp!!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Keep eating what I’m supposed to. Meal prep lunches and do some IF. I always feel better after fasting!

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most challenging part is that I am the only one in my house doing keto. It’s hard to watch everyone else eating things I can’t.

Keep eating Keto. Have recipes on hand and ready to make so I don’t just eat anything when I come home. Keep my daughter motivated to stay on keto with me. Celebrate every pound coming off!!!
