Non-scale victory of the week!

I took my own food to a super bowl party. A generous salad, a portion of chips and guacamole and my own mineral water with lime. I only at one small slice of veggie pizza and buffalo cauliflower that the host made.

I tried a new workout class. A high intensity kickboxing class.
