I fasted for the whole day today since dawn to see what Ramadan felt like

I took it too easy this whole month. too many sweets, not enough movement.

portioned foods that almost always end up as one meal (or 1.5) into three meals! they are just 250ish calories each but stuck to it instead if getting 2nds. was still a little hungry and grabbed a carrot

I drank some wine that really wasn't necessary. and exercise, definitely could've done more but was worried about holding onto water weight for this weigh in ugh

made cookie bars for chocolate caramel day and ate 2...but only 2.

ugh I bought Easter candy with the intent of having it last for weeks. I ate 3 Cadbury eggs in one day. as opposed to 3 weeks which was the plan.

been keeping calories extremely limited by not having breakfast and not going out at all. had a full box of cookies at the start of the week that are still in the pantry

I'm definitely not going to win month 2 of my ongoing bet so I have to kick it up to get this turned around now. for the health more than money. will have more time because officially under quarantine for two weeks. it'll either be great or terrible.
