I went swimming for the first time in 15 years!

Not eat so much cheese and stop snacking between meals.

Starting to do exercise. I have purchased an exercise DVD and will also be doing a 30 min (at least) walk 5 days a week. Also I have been following a keto diet for 14 months and intend to track macros every day and not snack.
