What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I lost weight this week, but mostly be cause I was sick in bed 2 of the days and sick out of bed a couple of others: acute sinusitis. I’ve only exercised 3 days. I’m on the upswing though, and my appetite is back, so I’ll definitely need to get back to exercising to keep from gaining it back.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I seem to be getting in the groove of eating less carbs and not craving them so much.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

exercise more. Between work and all the chores and repairs I’m making at home, I haven’t been making the time.

I’m on vacation this week, so I hope to be doing lots of swimming, biking. and kayaking.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the lake to open up the cottage, and worked out hard by cleaning, pruning bushes, etc. I didn't eat much between meals which is usually a major temptation, but I was too busy up there. Jeff did all the cooking when we ate at home, and that helps a lot because I don't have to be constantly thinking about food. I guess this is a scale victory, but all that scrubbing enabled me to reach my one month goal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stayed away from alcohol. I didn't have much...but even a few drinks contains a lot of calories.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Last week my biggest project was opening up and cleaning up at the family cottage for the summer. The record rainfalls had the mildew going crazy on the north side of the house and I scrubbed as high as I could reach for two days...got it all done except the second story. And I'm sore...I know it was a workout! My goal for this coming week is to ride my bike some, and to do some of this kind of home maintenance workout at home in my own yard.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This has nothing to do with weight loss..but will give me more time to workout and have a life away from the shop: I found person I think is going to be great to help me and fill in for me when I'm not there. It's a super big victory if it works out for her and for me.

Worked out more. I am still not meeting my step goal.

Still trying to sleep at least 7 hours a night. Did better on that this week. Will be trying to meet my step goal. Will be decluttering my basement and working in my yard. I will be super glad when this belly goes back to being smaller than my boobs.

Get at least 7 hours sleep each night. Get at least half hour of exercise each day. ....would like to start getting my 10,000 steps again

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm just starting (again!)....so my victory is just that I signed up and took the pictures. Another non scale victory is that I've been going to bed around 11 instead of the wee hours of the morning.

I could have eaten much better and exercised more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got out and did strenuous chores as workout and I love doing that...shoveled my walks and 2 of my neighbor's too. Did the decks the next day and played with Greta in the yard both days. Went to the gym and worked out once.

I had a couple of bad eating days...one where I downed every sweet thing in sight.
