I went to the lake to open up the cottage, and worked out hard by cleaning, pruning bushes, etc. I didn't eat much between meals which is usually a major temptation, but I was too busy up there. Jeff did all the cooking when we ate at home, and that helps a lot because I don't have to be constantly thinking about food. I guess this is a scale victory, but all that scrubbing enabled me to reach my one month goal!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have stayed away from alcohol. I didn't have much...but even a few drinks contains a lot of calories.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Last week my biggest project was opening up and cleaning up at the family cottage for the summer. The record rainfalls had the mildew going crazy on the north side of the house and I scrubbed as high as I could reach for two days...got it all done except the second story. And I'm sore...I know it was a workout! My goal for this coming week is to ride my bike some, and to do some of this kind of home maintenance workout at home in my own yard.
