Non-scale victory of the week!
I failed miserably this week. Struggling with a trauma and eating emotionally. Ive eaten very little food but what I have eaten was almost totally unhealthy. Said no to ice cream last night and munched on broccoli and celery sticks instead. So far doing well today.

Get back on track eating and work out minimum of 5 days..... 3 days weights and 2 days cardio.
