My clothes are starting to feel a bit roomier around the arms

I didn't exercise as often as I would have liked. I was struggling with a fever and it was 40C heat on some days.

My singlet tops are all starting to look a little loose on me.

I've been sick and on antibiotics all week. I've had some crappy but comforting food, just focused on keeping portions small, making conparitivly good choices and keeping hydrated

We had our work belated Christmas party and I are healthy, still indulged in one drink and came home sober and satisfied

I lost 1cm off my waist and 1cm off my thighs. The waist measurement is one more step to a healthy me!!

I only had 2 glasses of wine between 24-26 Dec, which meant I was better able to make mindful choices of what I ate and serving sizes
