I kept it up and went to the gym 5 days. I added weights. And everything is easier to do.

I spiked my weight and before I dropped and I let it get me down. I need to work on keeping myself built up through the ups and downs.

I have joined a faith and fitness Facebook group to keep me accountable for going to the gym 4 days a week. My goal is to not flake out and show up to do 30 minutes on the treadmill.
