Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a great week not smoking and not having the urge to smoke, eating healthy, taking my vitamins and cooking ALL of my meals. This comes from a person who has eaten out everyday for months now. I also haven't been below 200 lbs in years!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have meal prepped a little better but am still proud of myself for cooking all my food this week.
