Non-scale victory of the week!

I've never felt so comfortable or confident on vacation

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I enjoyed my 10 year wedding anniversary to the fullest with my best friend. It was fantastic. We shared our entre every meal- ate our weight in veggie filled bloody marys and walked over 4 miles a day.

we went camping, stayed active, had family time and enjoyed a few beers and fair food and still won my game!!

I lived my summer, my kids sawe happy and endulging in a healthy way, we picked huckleberries and made homemade ice cream it was a great week!

wore a 2 piece bathing suit and felt sexy! I ran a chainsaw stacked wood enjoyed bloody Mary's and felt happy in my skin. Mt Vegas dress FITS!

I could have been more hard core and kept pushing to get to 175 instead I'm just trying to stay in the 180s
