Being able to buy size 14 pants and having them fit as well as many comments on how I look good!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workouts. I had sick kids then started new job so have only been to gym 1 time in 5 days which is very low for me.

One of my goal dresses fits! A bit tight around the legs but it does up so a massive win!

Maintained food in the evening. I'm so good during day then get a bit off track at night

Clothes are starting to fit nicer! Can see some definition coming in stomach and back.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My workouts were really good but maybe I could've added the extra 30min each day in the arvo. I had a few treats at a party Sunday but calculated into calories so didnt feel too bad.

To get an extra 30min of cardio in a couple times a week. So 3 days a week do a night workout as well. Staying on point with food and trying to reduce coffee to one cup per day instead of 2.

I think I shouldve had better afternoon snacks as by dinner time last couple of days I've eaten too much.

Just feeling stronger and not as bloated!

Portion sizes and coffee got me. So going to try limit those this week and really monitor my sizes of food.
