What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My workouts were really good but maybe I could've added the extra 30min each day in the arvo. I had a few treats at a party Sunday but calculated into calories so didnt feel too bad.

To get an extra 30min of cardio in a couple times a week. So 3 days a week do a night workout as well. Staying on point with food and trying to reduce coffee to one cup per day instead of 2.
