Non-scale victory of the week!

1 mile in 14 min and staying onbtrack with my fasting.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat better on the weekends. I give myself 1 cheat meal a week. But we ate out twice this weekend. We ate mexican on friday night and on saturday we ate at Golden Corral. I did eat low carb while at the buffet, salad, grilled chicken and some veggies. On sunday we stayed home all day relaxing (it was rest day) but I when im at home I want to eat even if im not hungry, I want to snack all day. And it is very difficult because Brian and Logan are eating what ever they want whenever they want and I fast from 7pm to 11am and I am eating low carb but they always offer some of what they are eating no matter what it is or what time of day it is.

4 days at the gym. Stay on track with my fasting. Start meditating again.
