Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’ve lost about 60 pounds since January 2018 but can’t get this last 10 pounds to come off. it’s very frustrating. sometimes I self-sabotage by eating in ways that don’t support my goals. 80-90% of my eating is clean and according to the portion fix containers
