Non-scale victory of the week!

I seem to have motivated my husband to start working out again. This is huge! He is super stubborn, so to finally see him tracking and working out makes my ♡ happy!! He has taken an interest in our workout space, and it's being set up to accommodate more activities. Im psyched!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It's always the weekends. I need to say No to wine and desserts when I'm trying to lose!

Add more calorie burning workouts, focus on low cal food, don't drink!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did well with my challenges and exercise last week! I had 2 days where I had company exercising (my sons!). Food was also great, up until the weekend.

Staying away from wine on Saturday

My biggest challenge will be eating proper portions and staying away from sweets.

Diet and some regular movement. Most of the past year I was working out every day. In the past 2 months it's dwindled to none. I need to get back to the habit of working out!
