Non-scale victory of the week!

Having no cravings and didn’t experience the urge to binge! Actually sometimes forgot about food. Also I walked a lot every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve snacked less on dried mangoes, could’ve exercised in the gym
