Non-scale victory of the week!

My pulled deltoid muscle is healing nicely so I have been able to start working out again

I’m still eating small pieces of candy and I need to just stop that all together

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to stay away from “most” of the candy and feel like I’m getting back up on the wagon!!

I wanted to exercise but the weather jacked up my outside activities. Back to the gym this week I guess
