Non-scale victory of the week!

I stopped caring for a few months. But this week I finally got back to it! I went to the gym every morning!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Bought a bicycle to help get some more exercise that I will use to go to work starting next week. And a while trying to not over eat, my body is low usually less hungry! I also went on several long walks and did one workout in my apartment.

I could work out even more!

Start waking up at 7 every day to have time to work out. Reach my goal for my other dietbet. Start biking to work or church. Continue eating healthy/less.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Last week I got exercise 4 times and now I'm going to go exercise again- today is Tuesday of the next week! I also managed to stop eating so many tortilla chips!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Somehow I gained weight! I don't know how. Maybe it's time to make my diet and exercise even stricter?
