I seem to be stuck. I have 2.7lbs to go and can't seem to get rid of it.
I added exercise 3 days ago and try to stay at or under 1350 calories a day.
I'm frustrated.

Drink lots of water! A nutritionist told me one- half to one oz per pound you weigh! You’ll pee so much but it really helps!
