I really wanna try to stay good with my eating! We will probably go grocery shopping when I get there and she wants me to make some of my meals! how many people here do more than one diet bet at a time? i’m thinking about doing another diet bet soon (before this one ends) but i’m not sure if it would be better to wait until this one is over to start. just curious to see what other people do. this is my first diet bet and i really like it!

I am doing a transformer right now. I tend to get lazy on it though (10% in 6 months is not aggressive enough for me) ... and the interaction is nearly nonexistent. But I like doing bets back to back... at first I did not like the week-long break in between but now I appreciate the break.

I did my first diet bet with Jamie Eason as the host. She was amazing. I lost a total of 12lbs. She provided us with a daily workout routine that included videos and also meal plan and grocery list. I was disappointed that this one doesn’t offer any guidance etc.

Just finished week 4 day 1 of Transform:20. I haven't had any issues any other day of this program until today. I feel nauseated after today's workout....Why might I feel this way today?

Could be lots of things. Make sure you are getting your water, did you eat before or not at all, did you get overheated? So many things. Could just be your body telling you to take a rest day.

Usually hydration is my first thing to check on if I feel nauseous, but lots of other possibilities too!

Consider where you are in your womanly cycle. Also, you might have pushed too hard during the workout.

Took me forever to go down in pants sizes while losing weight. Started @ 307 lbs & size 26 pants last June. Currently at 215 and size 18. Most of my weight carries in the lower half, so while my shirt sizes dropped quicker (2xl to M/L ) my pants are getting there. Be patient...it will happen for you . ;)

I was like “why am I still the same pant size? I’ve lost weight!” not considering that the jeans are stretchy and I was an uncomfortable sausage in them previously. They didn’t ‘still fit’, I was a larger size and refusing to buy new pants before. Lol

on the Lycra Spandex. But if you go do some pants shopping, I bet you'll be able to buy a smaller size.
