Non-scale victory of the week!

I had 2 slip up days in a row BUT, this journey is about balance. When I slip up, I get on the horse again the next day. This did not make me gain weight but did not make me lose weight. Accept that it happened and move on.

Gone to the gym more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to the gym/exercised 6/7 days per week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yes, I ate too much junk food this weekend. Stayed under on calories but definitely did not eat enough leafy greens. Towards the end of the week i did not drink enough water.
